The Great Steak Out Tomorrow

Well, I got out the big pusher shovel today and cleared out a big spot on the deck to access my grill. For tomorrow it will be 50* in C-Town. Steaks are on the menu for dinner and perhaps a veggie or two on the grill skillet thingy.

Ahhh...if but for only a brief moment the feel of warm weather comes back...beer, raw red meat and the smell of smoke! Indeed, it shall be a good day tomorrow!!

Well, since you are all wondering how the steak cook went I'll tell you. It was great...getting the cover off that beauty and throwing some beef on it at 600*!!

Cooked to a med rare and very juicy! The taste was great and the wife was very happy too!!

Thanks for wondering...INGRATES!!

I would have asked, if I would have read it before your reply. (I know how sensitive you are)

Glad you thought it was good.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I also would have replied sooner but I was busy with my own cook so stop your whining! :smt022
