2" thick ribeye indirect seasoned with Tatonka dust and some artichokes


My Wife wanted sirloin, direct seared and pretty much done


Quick sear


Cut me off a hunk of the steak with the bone of course, served with creamed spinach and used the last of the ceviche for one last shrimp cocktail
