ok, the above goes to the whole album, let me try some individual shots

Working on stuffed shrimp for my AB turn in next weekend.
Makes a great appetizer for the tbone! These are stuffed with
lobster,.

sorry no finished pics cause I hate the hell out of these with my
neighbor.

and the tbone from costco, good price, great looking piece of
meat....I'm getting more comfortable with the reverse sear
method now..previously I had a tendancy to over cook.

to see how big this steak was, I put a ritz cracker next to it

nice big hunk of tenderloin

loin side got a little overdone

strip/shell side was perfect, dipped in hot sauce and butter!

Great looking cook Jim and I know it tasted even better!! Why don't you ever cook like that when I come to town instead of us wasting our money going out to eat??? I'd pay you to cook that!

I'm too intimidated to cook for the master.

Please Jim, if that's the case why are you the one that leaves the comps with Trophies and we leave with ribbons?? If I'm the Master, YOU are the Grand Master!!!

kind words, thanks. Next time you come down, if you come down,
I'll cook for you at my place.

oh, and finney is holding you back

I'll even buy the food and beer, you just cook it!! I will be back down, just not sure when. I would love to do the Fall SOTB, but we'll wait and see......right now the way gas is I could only make it down and not back!!

Jim, did I see that right? 4.34 steak? Damn fine! Bet it was tasty.

it was a pack of three...I should have posted a pull back pic.
That was the biggest one in the pack though, easily a pound
and a half.
