T-bones and Thighs

Started out smoking some thighs with Wolfe Rub Original and Cherry wood.

Added a red onion for my wife's steak and flipped the thighs and basted with Sticky Fingers BBQ Sauce.

It was chilly willy out last night! When is Spring?????

After about 30 minutes, I added the steaks seasoned with S&P.

Steaks cooked for four minutes per side, when I flipped I added some marinated asparagus.

Love those thighs. I did thighs last night too and they turned out great. Every time I've done them recently, my wife has wanted them sauced, so last night I mixed up a few things and sauced them with about 10 minutes of grilling time to go. When I brought the chicken in, she asked me what I put on it for seasoning. I said it was from a bottle, some stuff called Wolfe Rub Original. She said to me that if she had known that, she would have opted for no sauce.
By the way, how come CA has twice as many posts here as on that other place? Seems strange. :D Nice hood. (NOT)
