Surf and Turf for the Birthday Girl

Lisa turned 22 yesterday and asked me to cook her steak and scallops, so I obliged.

Whole beef tenderloin are on sale for $7.99 so I got a 6lber and cut it up and put some in the freezer as well. Seasoned her steak with WRO per her request, mine and her boyfriends with WRB and my other halfs with S&P. I seasoned the scallops with EVOO and WRC and sprinkled the sweet potatoes with WRO, very good combination.
