Surf and Turf

Put the rib bones from our Christmas rib roast in some foil and cooked it for about an hour indirect. Removed them from the foil then directly over the coals for a few minutes and back to indirect for about another hour.

Costco stuffed salmon in a CI skillet with a little oil

Mixed California Vegetables seasoned with some Slap ya Mama

Spicy Garlic brussel sprouts.

My plate.

Re: Surf and Turf

Another example of culinary and photographic excellence. Glad our old ex chum Pigs aint keeping track over here or he would get the munchies bad by looking at that spread.
