I haven't grilled shrimp in awhile so I figured we were past due for some!! My wife made the marinade while I was on the golf course so I'm not exactly sure what it was. They were delicious......sans the cocktail sauce. You won't want to put any on these babies.

Plated with some fettuccine and garlic bread stick.

Looks like they came out great, not a burned one in the bunch
Yea....they don't stay on the grill very long. It's a grillin' quickie!!

I only grill for about 2-2.5 min per side at about 350. (plenty enough to brown and heat) Any more and they start to dry out and lose tenderness......... very satisfying for such a quick & easy thing to grill fer'sure!!!

When I grill shrimp, 2lbs is the norm and there are never leftovers. I make sure of that!!!!! Hahahah

I too would pound a skewer or two!
I think I pounded about 4 skewers on that day. Hehehe......about half of what I grilled.

That's about 1lb of shrimp for me.....and 1lb for the rest of the family. Hahahahaha
