Stuffed Pork Chops in Salsa Verde Sauce

The stuffing was made with sausage, diced potatoes and diced onion


Homemade Salsa Verde


Seasoned the chops with some Lawry's Seasoning Salt and Black pepper and gave them a quick sear.



Then placed the chops in a CI skillet and added some of the salsa verde and water to thin it out. Simmered the chops in the sauce for around 50 minutes flipping them at around the 30 minute mark.


Placed the chops over a bed of rice, ladled some of the sauce over it, some refried beans, corn tortillas and added some shredded cheese over everything
