stuffed pork chops

I did these a couple weeks ago and forgot that I took the pics. I made my own stuffing for the chops out of potato bread that I had and onions and celery. I used wolfe rub on them and put them in the oven. They came out great.

Hey Bill, I have a recipe for my Grandma's Potato bread.
I've never heard of another one, i'd like to get your recipe if I can.

That is correct young man. I had a few slices left that I sprayed with olive oil, sprinkled with some garlic salt, pepper and some other seasonings and put them in the oven on low 250 for an hour. The stuffing had onions, celery, apples and feta cheese .

The chops cooked for 30 min.
