My daughter is hooked on the Orange Marmalade Sriracha sauce and she asked if she could make it by herself last night.....all I did was grin and say sure! She made it perfectly!!!! I'm a proud, happy daddy!!

Quartered a fryer chicken and seasoned liberally, under the skin and on top with WRC and let sit in the fridge for a couple hours. Then grilled indirect with a couple pieces of cherry wood.

Flipped the chicken after about an hour and added my wife's onions for her Friday night steak.....

Aint been around can you guide me to the post with the reciepe for the Orange Marmalade Sriracha ?
Thanks Larry.

Wow what a great looking meal. I love the lima beans too, one of my favorites since I was a kid. How did you make the sauce?

Very nice meal indeed. How hard is it cleaning the sauce off of the CI grates?

Not hard at all, I just leave everything wide open and the lid off and let it all burn off. It's a mess and the fire burns everything off.

Thanks Larry.

Due to the nice search function on this board I can't find the original post.

The recipe is below.

Orange Marmalade Sriracha Sauce
1 14oz Jar - Orange Marmalade
1/3 Cup Sriracha Sauce
1/3 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

Combine everything, bring to a simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Grill chicken as usual and then during the last 15 minutes, dunk into or baste with the sauce every 5 minutes.

that chicken looks great. I think we should all try more wing sauces on bigger
cuts of chicken.

And on turkey! Great on monkey too!
