Last week I really wanted steaks so I grilled up a few on Friday night long with some portobello mushrooms, both were sprinkled with gorgonzola cheese. Then being football season, last Sunday I grilled some wings and a kielbasa for the game. I wanted the wings hotter this time so I soaked em in some Red Rooster Louisiana hot sauce and tossed in some habanera flakes. I then I let em sit for most of the day before tossing them on the grill, they were spicy and good. I also grilled up a pork loin wrapped in bacon. Although the bacon wasn’t as crispy as I like, it sure helped keep the pork loin nice and moist.

Steak and portobello’s with gorgonzola.

This is what happens on a Sunday after grilling and drinking beer all day while watching football.
