Got this one from Food Network Magazine. It was delicious!!


Skirts rubbed with a chili rub and yukons seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and Penzy's Northwoods seasoning.

Quite possibly the best steak sandwich I've ever had. The Peppadew Mayo is different but incredible!

My favorite! In fact, I like it so much I only keep it in the house for Fathers Day and Christmas Eve. Chopin is my choice. However, I do have a very dry vodka martini on the rare occasion that I'm out.
BTW, the steak sandwiches look awesome!
