steak hungry

It doesn't have artistic grill marks, but it sure tasted good. (Prepped with some EVOO and Dizzy Pig Cow Lick Steak Rub. It was so good when I cut into it -- a touch on the rare side of medium-rare -- I forgot to take a cut picture, I just ate. )

(Usually my wife and I split a steak that size, but I was steak hungry. She got her own, slightly smaller one tonight.)
