Decided to rotis a couple of birds for dinner tonight. Was in a lazy mood so I used the gasser.

Sorry no plated pictures. This daylight savings time is killing me! :oops: Rubbed them down with Wolfe rub citrus. Skin was incredible!

I agree with that daylight savings time thing. Didn't an Old Indian Chief once say "Only the government would think you can make a blanket longer by cutting a foot off of the bottom and sewing it to the top."

Hey Nick fine job. I dont care what these jokesters claim gas and electric is the only way to fly. We have some who have not utilized modern conveniences. Sorta like Fred and Barney.
 
I didn't get to it until today. Thanks for the inspiration Nick. I also used a gasser for convenience.
