Spun a couple of yardbirds today
Decided to rotis a couple of birds for dinner tonight. Was in a lazy mood so I used the gasser.
Here they go on the merry - go - round
Here's just before slicing.
Sorry no plated pictures. This daylight savings time is killing me! Rubbed them down with Wolfe rub citrus. Skin was incredible!

Good looking color on those birds Nick. Did you eat both of them or share them with your family?

Hey Nick fine job. I dont care what these jokesters claim gas and electric is the only way to fly. We have some who have not utilized modern conveniences. Sorta like Fred and Barney.

Re: Spun a couple of yardbirds today
I didn't get to it until today. Thanks for the inspiration Nick. I also used a gasser for convenience.

Re: Spun a couple of yardbirds today
Griff, did you break off the right wing early for a snack or is it just tucked under? Missing a wing or not it is a great lookin' bird.
