Spatchcocked Rotisserie Chicken

Seasoned with Lawry's, black pepper, onion powder, granulated garlic, Italian seasoning, and rosemary

The color on that yard bird is great V! As Mr. Spatchcock himself Greg Rempe would say looks "Succulent"

Looks tasty. I've been tossing around the idea of a rotisserie. Is that the Weber setup? Any drawbacks?

The fit is not the greatest, there is a small gap that makes it harder to control temps. Easy fix is to put aluminum foil in the gap to seal it. I would look into the Cajun Bandit rotisserie ring. A plus to theirs is it also fits a WSM I believe if you have one or are planning on getting one.
