Spares and Sausages

Cut a rack of spares in half, seasoned half with salt, pepper and garlic and the other with Wolfe Rub Original.

Then I pulled these sausages my wife bought out of the freezer to thaw out while the ribs got started.

After a couple hours I added the sausages.

Sausages are done, ribs are next.

Dinner is ready. I charred the ribs for a couple minutes over direct heat for the last 5 minutes to get a nice crunch.

Done! I put some Tabasco Garlic Grilling Sauce on mine, LOVE THE STUFF!!!!
