My Sister in Law had back surgery and can't stand for very long periods of time so I decided to make her some chicken and since I have to work 12 hour shifts and no time to cook this week I decided to make a lot of chicken. Time to break out the 26.75 Weber. Also had some chorizo that need to be cooked.

Seared. Without that chorizo I think I could have added another pack if chicken on that grate.
