I think Nick forgot to take his meds.
Incog to be honest I never heard of a chuck roast being grilled.
Was it a chuck eye steak?
Looks like it was about 1 1/2 thick?

You'd oughta try smoking a chuck roast sometime, and pulling it like you would a smoked pork butt. Pulled beef is some really great eating.
