Topped with some honey roasted almonds;


We decided on skrimps with COTC and some of leaks. ( with some honey roasted almonds for texture) They were dammm good!

These were on the Weber since the Primo and the Stumps were in full burn-off clean mode. Too many low and slows ;)

They were almost tender. Had to cut them to eat them. They went from real strong onion aroma to sweat on the grill. I'll do them again.

Thanks, but all I got is a cheap little camera. I have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express though :roll:

LIGHT!

It also helps to make sure no body is looking when your snapping pictures of a plate of food.
