Meat and potatoes tonight...and fungi.


Skirt steaks simply seasoned with S&P, yukon gold potatoes planked and seasoned with olive oil and S&P and baby portabellas marinated in Newman's Italian dressing.

Very good meal...I overcooked the skirts slightly. They were medium-well. I was looking for medium-rare. Oh well, still tender and delicious!

Those mushrooms look perfect, but then again, so does everything else! Nice!
 
Hay those look great. Love cooken potatoes too. Don't like the mushrooms thought. One bad trip and I swore off em for good.
Oh wait that's a different mushroom. :LOL:
