Skirts, Broccoli and Butternut Tortellini

We haven't had plain ol' steak in a while so we grilled up our favorite tonight, skirt steaks.

It was cold, cold, cold. I don't know how you Northerners do it. I hate the cold!! Come on Spring!

Skirts simply seasoned with S&P.

On.

Off.

Plated with my wife's homemade butternut squash tortellini and steamed broccoli drizzled with brown butter.

Oh momma, was this good. Simple is always the best!

Thanks for lookin'.

Nice Don!!! The steak looks perfect and the tortellini sounds very good and interesting as well.

Don, your meals never cease to amaze me or make me hungry. The house next to me is vacant.......
