skirt steak starts the weekend

I love grilled vegetables...skirt steak goes great with them, and we don't need no stinkin' tortillas.

while the coals are hot, throw on some polish sausage for breakfast tomorrow, and away we go...

Looks awesome! I was a little nervous for the red bell pepper piece in the center of the second pic. Looked like it had a little lean to falling through the grates.
