Lisa (daughter) and Garrett (boyfriend) came over and they brought a sirloin, chicken thighs and scallops and the plan was to make kabobs, but beer always changes plans with me! So I chunked up all the meat and drizzled the sirloin with Worcestershire and Wolfe Rub Bold, the thigh meat with Italian dressing and Wolfe Rub Citrus (the new family favorite) and the scallops with a little vegetable oil WRC paste. And of course I rarely grill stuff without adding an onion and pepper, so they were thrown on too! We also had my wife's pasta salad and fresh corn on the cob cooked in Old Bay, one of MY favorite ways to eat corn!!!

BTW, Garrett brings US beer everytime he comes over and he doesn't buy anything cheap, so I think I'll let Lisa keep him! :D

Awesome kabobs! I need to do some scallops soon. :D :D

BTW: Do you soak the bamboo?
