Sirloins have been on sale for the past several weeks and I have been enjoying myself with my favorite cut of beef!!

Seasoned mine with Wolfe Rub Bold and my wifes with Kosher salt, black pepper and granulated garlic, set on the counter for about an hour and a half and cooked for 4 minutes per side. We also had the usual marinated grilled onion, zuchini along with some de-silked in husk corn on the cob that had been soaked in water for an hour and sweet and baked potatoes.

My favorite smell in the world is corn cooking on the grill.

Great spread. :D
