Shrimp Tacos

Its been forever since I made these. Seasoned some 31-40 shrimp in some Chaisson's Salt Free Cajun Season All and skewered them

Then on the grill along with some Mexican onions and nopales

Skewered shrimp done

Shrimp Tacos plated with some refried beans, nopales and green onions. Tacos were served on a corn tortilla, Chipotle sour cream, pico de gallo, cabbage, shrimp and Tapatio sauce, with a wedge of lime on the side.

Kind of like green beans with a slight bitter/citrus taste.
