Shredded beef tacos

Sunday I was in the mood for tacos. The beef was essentially Larry's Pepper stout beef. I didn't want the stout flavor so I just used what I was drinking since it was mostly just cooking out anyway. The leftovers will be made into enchiladas soon. I also threw some chicken thighs on. They got a little darker than I wanted but still tasted great, even got that bite through skin everyone talks about.
