Pretty much straight outta the Weber book. My favorite neighbor gave me a package of a half a Salmon, so sorry Griff :) . Turned out great. My 18 year old son said it "Rocked".
The sauce was just butter, shallots, dry white wine, heavy cream, taragon, chives, dijon mustard. EVOO, salt and peppa on both Gus and Salmon. Grilled on the Weber. Mixed with some cooked Ziti. Add a generous portion of Avery Maharajah for the cook and you got a dinner. :D The recipe out of the Weber book made a really good sized portion so I sent the rest across the street and got a package of frozen Gator!!! Now what? :mrgreen:

When I first read the title I was a little nervous about it. After seeing the pics and how it came together I can't wait to try it!
