Had a rump roast lying about, so coated with woost, S&P, and threw it on the kettle...

Took it to 130 internal .. lil more than I wanted, and probably should have turned it more often.
Sliced nice though.

Some onion, prov, and horesy sauce (I asked for just horseradish, but the wife brought back sauce, oh well)

I was looking forward to grilling pork chops tonight - now, not so much......

The bun is just something the wife got at Hannaford's (a yankee Sweetbay) .
They were kinda sweet. They definitely needed a toast.

Cappy, it was a bottom round / rump ... some butthurt Admin previously gave me crap calling a something I made "Pit Beef" cuz I didn't use top round...so I elected to choose another name.
