Couldn't hold off the steak craving any longer, so...

Asked the wife to pick up a butternut squash while she was at the store. It'd been quite a few years since I'd cooked a squash and after seeing Larry Wolf's pics a while back I had to try one again, but this time on the grill. In my mind I had pictured an acron squash...I'll leave it at that.

I seared at the start of my cook and then went indirect to finish.

The steak was great and I enjoyed the squash too. Thanks Larry for giving me the idea again. :D

No, it's my wifes cheesy, garlic bread. :) (on the right side of the plate). The left side is the squash. Once it was done I took two forks and shredded the squash while mixing in the melted butter and cinnamon sugar that was in the hollowed out area.
