Yum, made some RI's last night. EVOO, kosher salt and cracked pepper. You don't need anything more than that! Funny thing, I was cooken steak at the inlaws and they like the Montreal Steak Seasoning. I asked my BBQ teammate who lives across the street, do you have any steak seasoning at your house? He said what, salt and pepper. Your gotta love it!
