My WSM has Mold Growing on top of Mold and I certainly didn't feel like or was in the proper mental state to clean it, thank you very much to Miller Lite and Crown Royal Black......so I cooked these ribs on the Performer and it performed quite nicely. Smoked with Royal oak and cherry wood. 2 rack were seasoned with WRO and sauced with 50/50 SBR's and Honey. The other rack was simply, salt, pepper and garlic for my wife.

I ate dinner, but do not remember eating it. Everyone said dinner was good and all the ribs are gone. My wife pulled them off the grill and cut them, while I umm, nevermind. But I was obviously in the right state of mind to remember to at the very least take a pic of my cleaned bones.

Great looking ribs Larry. You pack more food on a 22" than I have ever seen. Just think how much you could cook if you had the 26"er

I hate when I forget to take plated pictures! Great job bro!

I didn't 'forget' I was 'incapacitated'..........the innards of my gut said enough and decided to make a direct route through my mouth. I still have a mark on my forehead, where I rested my head on the deck.....

"NICK!!! (Larry's Brother) STFU !!!!! I CAN'T HEAR SCOTTY !!!!!!!"

I don't remember talking to you last night, but after talking to you today......everything you said seems accurate to the best of my knowledge including the sheep sounds.
