Rib Roast

Went freezer diving the other day and came up with a rib roast.

Seasoned with a little Worcestershire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning.

A little reverse sear treatment

Sliced

Plated with some creamed spinach and Brussels sprouts

Maybe I need to start diving in freezers near you. None that I have found around here have anthing like that in them.

No the sprouts were quartered. I probably should of only halved them , they were on the small side. they were cooked in a hot wok with a little oil and chopped garlic then seasoned with a little Slap ya Mama and finished with some balsamic vinegar and brown sugar.

Re: Rib Roast

Well that bound to be the best looking groceries I have spied in many a day. Now whut is up with string criss crossing the long axis of the bones? Has Pigs decided to bunk with you for a while? Seems to be an apparent lack o beans on this deal too. My Big Brudder used to guard the clothesline down there. Dont make me send him back. Thanks.

Re: Rib Roast

Looks great Vermin! I need to get a freezer with one of those in it. Mine is currently storage for chicken nuggets and various other kid food.
