Rib Eye Steak

A couple of Choice Rib Eyes with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, and Garlic Salt coming to room temp. A whatever I can find
in the refrigerator salad with some fresh oven roasted potatoes ala ScottyDaQ, and it’s time to eat.
