I got some Rev. Marvin's bbq sauce mail ordered and it got here last week. I want to try it on grilled chicken tonight. I'm assuming it's used just like a red bbq sauce. That is it is applied near the end of the cook. Am I right here?

Griff, 2 things..

The Rev's sauce has no sugar, so it won't burn as easily as a tomato based sauce.

Also, cooking lessens the heat. Right out of the bottle it's pretty hot, but go ahead a slather it on the chicken, it'll taste great.
