Quick dinner

This is my quick dinner for tonight. I'm still a newbie at grillin' and my meals don't compare to yours but I thought I'd share a pic of mine.100_1290.JPG[/attachment:3sgzwcr2]100_1290.JPG

Re: Quick dinner

Looks great to me! Did you put anything on the chicken, any rub? I take down a plate or two of that!

Did you grill the asparagus, too?

Re: Quick dinner

Thanks Vermin999. Got to love disposable dinnerware!
Thanks BigAl. It has a homemade rub with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, onion and mustard powder. No, I didn't grill the asparagus. My wife had already cooked it before I told her I wanted to grill it. O well, next time.

Re: Quick dinner

Nice job Dave. You're on your way. The chicken looks great. A couple more times with it and you'll be calling it Shicken like some of the old farts here, myself included.
