Senior Cook
In the Dutch BBQ Forum whe have a monthly cook off. 1 Member post's a recepy and all members who want's to join prepare this. Slight variations on the basic is allowed, It's more about trying something outside your normal reptoire.
My choise for this month was a Matambre with chimichurri sauce.

After I rolled it up:
Now, I DONT have pics from this roll on the weber, but there's nothing special to see, just foil on the griddle
When it was done, it looked like this:
When the meat was cold (yes, cold served, the next evening) I made chimichurri sauce
Picked the parsly plant clean:
Sliced the meat and platted it.
Teasted good, but improvement is possible
