I've been really busy lately and we had a late lunch. I decided on a light dinner. The local fish guy had some good looking scallops. To get an idea of the size, these six scallops weighed in at .9 pounds. So I wrapped them in prosciutto, hit 'em with a moderate amount of Wolfe Rub, and put 'em on the gasser. The peas are local Matanuska Valley peas. The long days make 'em sweet.
