Scored a pack of prime grade tenderloins at Costco the other day. They have been selling prime grade meat for the past year or so, but I have never seen tenderloins there before. I was really excited to get one on the grill, and the weather was cooperating so I gave it a go. This was lunch too, so I didn't have to worry about too many beers, etc. getting in the way of appreciating the higher grade of beef. Anyways, on the side I had some Russets that I cut up and tossed together with a few minced garlic cloves, salt, pepper, some italian seasoning and olive oil. This is actually one of my favorite ways to cook potatoes. After it was all said and done, I have to say not too shabby.
