Prime Rib!

Last night was our annual Christmas get together, we've been hosting this for the last 21 years with our close friends. My lovely wife got this 17 pound prime rib, I seasoned it with salt, pepper, and a boatload of fresh garlic. Set it up on the Weber at 325 and let her go...yummmmmmm!

She's a good one!

On the Weber.

About half way through the cook.
l

Sliced and ready for eating.

Got drunk and forgot to take more photos

Very nice Toby. I always do prime ribs on the WSM with all the vents wide open. Never thought about using the rotisserie.
