I haven't cooked anything on my 26" grill in over a year so today I cleaned it up and let a fire in her. Marinated a couple of pork tenderloins in some Wickers Marinade and then added some Costco No Salt Seasoning.
Gave them a quick sear

Used just about every square inch for this cook. Pork indirect to finish cooking, some corn, green onions, taters on at CI skillet, and some sweet peppers. The potatoes I cheated on, I forgot to put them on earlier so I nuked them then finished them in a skillet

Plated. Pork loin turned out perfect, it was moist and tender.

I marinated some turkey parts in Wickers and smoked them on the WSM for the previous nights dinner but messed up the pics. Here is what I did manage to get. Wish I could blame it to drinking but all I had was ice tea.

Good Eats! V you need your own cooking show. You would blow Guy Fieri, and Bobby Flay out the water when it comes to grilling, smoking, and general bbq!
