First started out making some ABTs with a mixture of chorizo, cream cheese and shredded Mexican cheese. They were decent but not great. Probably the worst ones I have made.
Also made some onion buds. Look at the size of those onions.
Onion buds done. Made a dipping sauce of sour cream, chipoltle
peppers, lime and seasoning.
The bar was open
and as the evening wore on I kind of lost interest in taking pics but did manage to take a pic of the finished pork steaks.
