Pork Sirloin Tacos

Marinated pork sirloin in the following for about 4 hours.

1/2 Cup - Orange Juice
1/4 Cup - Vegetable Oil
2 TSP - Cumin
1 TBS - Chili Powder
1 TBS - Oregano
1 TBS - Minced Garlic
1 TBS - Minced Onion
Salt and Pepper

Looks mighty fine Larry. I take it Craycort is making CI grates for the Joe too, huh? Man. I have two Jumbo Joes I wish I could get grates for.
 
Nice looking meal. That beer must be made out of Matamoras sewer water like Corona where a person got to poke a lime down in it to kill the stink. You ever tried Bud Lite?

It's funny, I've had Dos Equi's before and think they're overrated. BUT, if you're buying, I'll drink them!! :mrgreen:

All the Mex places seen to have Dos xxx on tap. Nuttin like a 32 oz. mug to wash down all the grub. :)
 
That makin me hungry and its only 10am here...oh well 10am has been lunch here before. :D Great shots Larry...What kinda camera you usin? Just a point n shoot or sumthin else?

Just a Point and Shoot Canon 14MP Powershot. I have had 4 of them and they've all been great and extremely durable.....I drop them all the time.
 
Man that looks good.

I have an almost similar recipe. I just remove the orange juice and add a hint of ginger to the mix. Tastes great and smells wonderful.
