Last night I made some pork chops.

I rubbed them with some EVOO, chile powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper. The corn was coated with butter, salt and pepper and wrapped in tin foil. The peaches I just cut in half and grilled them.

It turned out ok, but I was expecting more heat from the rub on the pork.

Looking good. Never did the grilled peach thing. On the the list to do. Never did corn in foil. Just chuck them on husk and all. Any advantage with the foil?

We coat them in butter so I think we did that to help keep the butter from just burning. To be honest I don't really know the reason, we have just always done that haha.

Looks good Koopdaddy. Instead of chili powder, maybe try some sort of seasoning that contains habanero or another hot spice. I cooked some pork once with a mix of Wolfe rub citrus and habanero flakes and it was amazing. The best part of grillin and bbq is experimenting. Have fun, keep posting and most of all, have fun. Thanks for sharing.
