I bought a full pork loin on sale a couple of weeks ago, I usually am just cooking for 2 so I cut it up and froze most of it. Tonight I made a glaze with hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, onion powder, dry mustard, salt and pepper. I also cooked some black beans with some red onion, garlic, jalapeno, and a can of "ROTEL tomatoes", didn't look pretty, but tasted really good. Made some slaw too.

Well anybody who say that loin don't look purty got to be blind in one eye and can't see too good outta the other one. Looks beautiful to me.

I was talking about the beans specifically, I thought the pork looked fine.
