3 lbs Country style ribs, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns and water

When the mixture was almost at a simmer I removed the pork and cooked it direct to get some color on it.

Then back in the pool

Made some mock fried rice using cauliflower.

Pork nice and tender and liquid simmered down.
