I cooked up some plain ole BC burgers tonight along with some seasoned greens and creamed corn(both from a can.)

Mixed in the blue cheese and some cheddar and seasoned with Greek Seasoning and a dash of worchestershire and cooked with a little hickory at 375 till done.

Glad I currupted ya! I used to make two patties and stuff them but then tried it this way and decided they were just as good and were a lot less trouble. So what if some melts out. Just start with a little more and your good to go.
