Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

I tried out another teriyaki chicken marinade the other night to see how it compared with the Soy Vay Wasabi Teriyaki marinade and dipping sauce I used a week or so ago. After everything was done and I sat down to eat, I found myself dipping each fork full of chicken in the Soy Vay Wasabi Teriyaki sauce.

I guess that says something about which marinade I prefer. The Kona Coast Pineapple didn't have as rich a flavor as the Soy Vay product. It needed more pop.

Kona Coast Pineapple Teriyaki marinated chicken on the grill.

Teriyaki products tested. The Island Teriyaki is the next one I will try.

Re: Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

Looks like you are using both the Chaney Barrel Grill and your Performer. The chicken looks great. I'm anxious to get back to Michigan to use my Chaney.

Great looking chicken. Nice color. Need to try the wasabi sauce. I really like the other Soy Vay sauces.

Chicken looks good Lew. Tried the Kona Coast Polynesian Orange Teriyaki last weekend and the wife and kids loved it.
