I've been trying to cut back and eat a little healthier.

Seasoned the sirloins with fresh cracked pepper and kosher salt. Potatoes were splashed with a Honey Dijon Vinegarette and then seasoned with garlic, kosher salt and black pepper. I cut the top off the tomato (straight from the garden), then gave it a heavy dose of Wolfe Rub Citrus, grilled at 500º until the skin blistered and then I removed the skin and brought the temp down to 400º Very tasty, healthy dinner!

Yup, ma BOY planted some this year. They're SUPER sweet!. They just need a lil salt. Kinda reminds me of a Yukon. Don't over cook em, or they get mushed.

Do look good. Now if you ever want to be real healthy leave the skin on the tates and eat all that stuff raw..including the meat. Once the temp breaks 140 it kills all the living enzymes which inhabit the food. The unhealthiest thing which ever happened to the human race was the invention of the cook stove.
