Sapo did a presentation on peach chicken that I wanted to try and someone else said that SB's Hoochi Mama rub was great on chicken, as well. So I spatchcocked two whole chickens and soaked them in Kosmo's Chicken Soak for four hours.

After rinsing off the brine, I rubbed Ritter's Sweet Peach Rub onto one of the birds and gave the other a liberal dusting of Suckle Busters Hooci Mama rub. Then on to the grill with some corn. Cooked them indirect at about 300 degrees for 1.5 hours. Added Suckle Busters Spicy Peach BBQ Sauce to the peach rubbed chicken and let it cook basting in the sauce until it was done.

I have to say, those were two tasty chickens. My whole family loved them both.

Outstanding Lew. I'm loven the charcoal basket and the versatility of it. Seems you can slide it to either side or the middle. And I spent $60 on mine. It looks like your getten some great indirect cooks on that new grill!!!! Also seasoning up nice. Can't see any silver on the inside no mo....
